Our company manufactures and utilizes systems that are patented, 100% reliable and verified.

These systems consist of:
1) Portable lathe machine manipulator with 2-axis linear displacement, designed for “in-situ” machining of rotating kiln supporting rollers.
Technical Specifications
a) Lathe steel bed with high strength design & construction for heavy cutting loads-vibrations.
b) Linear travel 1000mm at x-axis bed with longitudinal speed 0.1-1.5mm/r, with DC motor.
c) Support base with linear travel 300mm at y-axis working with 2 cutting tools simultaneously.
d) Easy handling start-up & remote control box of DC motor with boards & circuits 110V/220V

2) Portable lathe machine manipulator, with 2-axis linear and angular displacement, absorption base, designed for “in-situ” machining of rotating kiln tires external diameters and thrust tire surface.
Technical Specifications
a) Lathe steel bed with high strength design & construction to support heavy cutting loads- vibrations.
b) External, 2nd support steel bed, with particular adapted springs and bearings in 2 planes to absorb the discriminations, ovals eccentricity and deformation of the pivot kiln axis.
c) Linear travel 1000mm at x-axis bed with longitudinal speed 0.1-1.5mm/r, with DC motor.
d) Support base with linear and angular travel 300mm (for thrust machining) at y-axis working with 2 cutting tools simultaneously, with longitudinal speed 0.1-1.5mm/r, controllable with a 2nd DC motor.
e) Start-up & remote control box of DC motors with boards & circuits 110V/220V for easy handling.
